RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Customer satisfaction is your right and our duty. If in any case you are not satisfied with your purchase, Tache Home Fashion will refund or exchange your product accordingly.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions: 

 

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt/invoice or other proof of purchase which includes your name and address.
  2. All bed sheet sets and duvet cover sets cannot be returned.
  3. All other items must be repackaged in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Failure to do so may subject to a restocking fee up to 20% depending on the condition.
  4. If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding you or providing a replacement product provided that items are returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
  5. Shipping services provided by us are completely free of charge towards the customer. Prepaid return labels may take up to 1 business day to be processed and emailed to you once a return request is created.
  6. Depending on your location, items may arrive in 2-7 working business days
  7. Once your return is delivered back to our facility, it may take up to 3-5 business days to process and inspect. a refund or exchange will then be processed after this procedure.

 

If you are shipping an item on your own behalf, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
